Cancellation rules:

Cancelling the order within 3 hours will result in a full refund
If you cancel the order within 36 hours after receiving the tracking number, you will receive an 80% refund
Cancellation of the order will not be allowed 36 hours after receiving the tracking number


Order change rules: 

If there is a change in the amount of the product, it will be supplemented or refunded based on the actual amount of the product
Before receiving the tracking number, you can contact the customer service of the website through email or Whats App.
 If you request to modify the order 36 hours after receiving the tracking number, we will receive a $30 re mailing fee
The order cannot be changed 36 hours after receiving the tracking number.

  • For watches where the protective film has been removed, we offer lifetime free repairs. You only need to send it back to our after-sales service point (customers need to bear the shipping costs).
If your watch encounters any issues, and you are overseas, we will provide professional customer service to connect with you online and offer assistance.
This includes: diagnosing the issue via video, guiding you through repairs, sending replacement parts, and assisting with local repairs.
